  • 7 cl Mango puree
  • 5 cl Coconut puree
  • 5 cl Spiced Rum
  • 3/4 Angostura dashes
  • Fresh choped Lemongrass
  • Grated coconut and Cane sugar


  • Fill the blender with all the ingredients
  • Add a handful of ice
  • Mix 30 seconds
  • Serve in a Long Drink glass
  • Prepare the glass by passing a brush soaked in cane sugar and add the grated coconut

Tip : Replace the Spiced Rum by a dark Rum to get a drier and less sweety cocktail
