Ingredients

  • 2 cl Kalamansi puree
  • 7 cl Lychee puree
  • 5 cl cold Jasmine Green Tea
  • 2 cl Elderberry Blossom syrup
  • Lychee, Lemon, and Physalis

Preparation

  • Fill the shaker with all the ingredients
  • Add a handful of ice
  • Shake 15 seconds
  • Serve in a Long Drink glass
  • Add a skewer with lychee, a lemon slice, and a physalis

Tip : Replace Lychee puree by 12 cl of Watermelon puree
