- 5 cl Blackcurrant puree
- 2,5 cl Lemon puree
- 5 cl Vodka
- 0,2 cl Absinth
- 2,5 cl Cane sugar
- Fresh red berries or physalis

Preparation
- Fill 3/4 of shaker with ice
- Pour the ingredients in the following order : Cane sugar, Lemon puree, Blackcurrant puree, Vodka
- Shake during 10 seconds and filter above a glass
- Add a fine layer of Absinth on top of the glass
- Add a skewer with fresh red berries or a physalis
Tip : Replace Lemon puree by Konatsu puree to get an explosive cocktail
