KALAMANSI PUREE 90%

Ingredients

  • 1,5 cl Kalamansi puree
  • 5 cl Tequila Bianco 100% Agave
  • 1,5 cl Triple Sec
  • 1 cl Ginger Syrup
  • Lemon juice and salt

Preparation

  • Fill 3/4 of the shaker with ice
  • Pour the following ingredients in this order : Kalamansi puree, Ginger syrup, Tequila, Triple Sec
  • Shake during 10 seconds and filter above a Martini glass
  • Salt the edge of the glass after having dipped it in lemon juice

Tip : Replace Kalamansi puree by Mandarin puree to get a softer Short Drink
