  • 5 cl Banana puree
  • 5 cl peaty Whisky
  • 2 cl Vanilla liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Star Anise
  • Jamaïca Pepper
  • Cinnamon powder


  • Fill 3/4 of shaker with ice
  • Pour in that order the following ingredients : Banana puree, Pepper, Star Anise, Vanilla liqueur, Whisky, Angostura bitters
  • Shake all during 10 seconds and filter above a glass
  • Add some Cinnamon powder on the edge of the glass

Tip : Put the glass under a cloche and smoke the mix by burning a cinnamon stick.
