Ingredients

  • 15 cl Banana puree
  • 10 cl Coconut puree
  • 2 cl de Rose syrup
  • 3 cl Ginger soda
  • Banana and grated coconut

Preparation

  • Fill the blender with Banana and Coconut purees
  • Add a handful of ice
  • Mix during 15 seconds
  • Serve in a Milk Shake glass
  • Add soda and Rose syrup
  • Add a skewer of caramelized banana slices dusted with grated coconut

Tip : Add a pinch of grated nutmeg
