- 10 cl Apple puree
- 5 cl cold Jasmine Tea
- 2 cl Mint Syrup
- 1 cl Ginger Syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Fresh mint and Cocoa powder

GREEN APPLE PUREE 100%Preparation
- Break the egg white into the shaker and mix during 5 seconds to break the albumin
- Pour in that order the following ingredients : Apple puree, Tea, Mint syrup, Ginger syrup
- Shake without ice during 10 seconds
- Fill 3/4 of shaker with ice
- Shake again during 10 seconds
- Pour in a Milk Shake glass
- Dust the glass with cocoa powder and put a few leaves of mint on top
Tip : Put the glass under a cloche and smoke the mix by burning a liquorice stick
