Ingredients

  • 10 cl Mango puree
  • 10 cl Coconut puree
  • 5 cl Ginger soda
  • 1 tablespoon Lemongrass
  • Grated coconut and Cardamom

Preparation

  • Fill the blender with all the ingredients
  • Add a handful of ice into the blender
  • Mix during 15 seconds
  • Serve in a Long Drink glass
  • Dust the top of the glass with grated coconut and cardamom seed

Tip : Replace Mango puree by Pineapple puree to get a Virgin Colada with character
