Ingredients

  • 5 cl Val Evel Raspberry puree
  • 2,5 cl Lemon puree
  • 5 cl Gin
  • 2,5 cl Ginger syrup
  • 1 Combawa lemon
  • Fresh raspberries

Preparation

  • Fill the blender with all the ingredients
  • Grate above the peel of the Combawa lemon
  • Add a handful of ice
  • Mix 30 seconds
  • Serve in a Long Drink glass
  • Add a skewer of fresh raspberries and lemon peels

Tip : Replace Val Evel Raspberry puree by Blueberry puree to get a cocktail with intense colours
